Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department Signs Contract Extension

The Charlotte City Council unanimously approved a contract extension to Best Uniforms, Inc. to supply uniforms and equipment to the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department.  The contract extension is to continue through April of 2011.
 

Howard Roper is named President of Operations at Best Uniforms, Inc.

Howard Roper has accepted a position as President of Operations at Best Uniforms, Inc. headquartered in Wilmington, North Carolina. Howard is returning home and will be based in Charlotte, North Carolina. After nearly 30 years in the uniform industry, Howard is also returning to uniform and equipment distribution.

Best Uniforms, Inc. was established by John and Jan Best in 1990 with the goal of providing premium uniforms and service to the Mid-Atlantic area’s Public Safety community. With Howard’s addition to the team, Best Uniforms, Inc. is poised to expand on their previously successful efforts.
